Principle: a static website
This website is delivered as purely static files. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, loads no resources from third-party servers, and offers no user accounts or forms. Beyond the server log files described below, no personal data is processed when you visit these pages.
Server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the pages are accessed, the host automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL and user agent. This data cannot be attributed to specific persons and is not merged with other data sources.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website, in particular in defending against attacks and analysing errors. The log files are deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
Contact by email
If you contact me by email, your details (email address, content of the message) are processed for the purpose of handling the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at concluding or performing a contract. The data is stored until the enquiry has been dealt with and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Your rights
Under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, to have inaccurate data rectified, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, please contact the email address given above.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
